📕My Review

A great book for lovers of action and adventure. Not quite in the same league as my favourite action hero, Scott Mariani's Ben Hope, but well worth a read. I read the "FULLY REVISED JANUARY 2016" kindle edition but it was still littered with grammatical errors. These weren't sufficient to spoil my reading experience but proved to be an annoyance. I look forward to reading more by this author.

📗The Blurb

Facing extinction, the last remaining drug cartel in Colombia embark on a murderous bid to break a Royal Naval blockade and re-open their smuggling routes in the Caribbean.

Simon Hawkins (ex-military policeman turned private detective) teams up with customs agent, Samantha Kingsley to solve a murder and save a kidnapped boy. But as he unravels the mystery, he uncovers the horrific plan.

With thousands of lives hanging by a thread, and hunted by deadly assassins, Hawk and Samantha embark on a dangerous quest to rescue the boy and destroy the poison. The adventure takes them deep into the Amazon jungle and along paths into that have lain hidden for 500 years.

Their goal – the legendary Inca city of El Dorado.

With time against him and the Killers hot on his heels, Hawk must use all his skill and cunning to survive.

IF HE FAILS, THOUSANDS WILL DIE!
