📕My Review

Unlikely partners Ex-Navy SEAL Jeffrey Quinn and female Iranian FBI agent Parvin Sassani find themselves thrust together in the fight against a deadly bio-weapon about to be unleashed upon America.

I thought The Persian Woman was a really good read. The plot was solid, the main characters fully developed and the pacing brisk. However, I'm not sure the book title or cover do it justice. Neither grabbed me and I'm sure if I saw this for sale in a book store, I'd sadly walk on by. That being said, the writing was excellent. Yes, there were several spelling and grammatical errors but not enough to spoil my enjoyment. I thought the story was both exciting and suspenseful. I very much hope to read more about Jeffrey Quinn in the future.

My thanks to author Thomas Booker for providing a copy of this book.

📗The Blurb

A tough Navy SEAL and a beautiful Persian woman clash before working together to confront a ferocious common enemy. It is a tale of jihad, terror, and forbidden love. A Jeffrey Quinn novel.
