Cafe owner Caz and new boyfriend Pete board cruise liner RMS Atlantica at the start of their dream holiday to New York. Everything goes according to plan and they enjoy their first night together. When Caz awakens the next morning Pete isn't in their cabin so she goes looking for him. Stepping out into the corridor she's confronted by a row of open cabin doors. A wider search leaves her panic-stricken — the ship is deserted! Where has everyone gone and why is she the only person remaining? What follows is a nightmare journey into the unknown. Oooh I absolutely loved this book! It was terrifying, gripping and unputdownable. Can you imagine waking up on a deserted ship with no one at the helm, yet you're still ploughing through the deep Atlantic Ocean? All means of escape, or even contacting the outside world for help, is impossible. Gosh, I'd be gibbering wreck! The tension really ramps up and you start questioning what you thought you knew. At times a very bleak and dark read but totally superb.

Synopsis
