The Girl Before

By JP Delaney

Review

A 2024 Top Rated Read

The Girl Before is a fantastic psychological thriller. Told through dual timelines — Emma in the past and Jane in the present — it's the story of an architect-designed minimalist home and the tenants living there during different time periods.

The entire story is really creepy; the house with its strange rules and regulations and its architect, Edward, with his controlling personality. It's an addictive read with many twists and turns keeping the reader focused and engaged. Impossible to put down, I loved it.  A must-read for addicts of this genre.
