Eight contestants are selected to take part in a new TV reality game show based upon solving escape room puzzles in an abandoned sea fortress. The last person standing will win a massive cash prize. The group are excited and can't believe their luck. . . but things quickly spiral out of control. Rivalries begin to surface, threatening to split the group apart. But, even worse, something is terribly wrong and suddenly the game takes a sinister turn. 

OMG, I absolutely LOVED this book! It was so thrilling and atmospheric I just couldn't put it down. With escape room and reality TV culture currently at the height of popularity, the story was bang on trend. It's by far the most addictive book I've read for quite some time. The fear and dread are palpable. The pacing is fast with life and death situations at every twist and turn. A fantastic book and my first 5 star read of 2025.

Synopsis
