📕My Review
A Stranger in the House was an enjoyable, quick and easy read. There were some unexpected twists and turns but on the whole it wasn't difficult to predict where it was going. The pacing was good; with short, punchy chapters that kept me immersed and eagerly turning pages.
The characters, of which there were few, felt one-dimensional and, dare I say it!, dull. Whilst the plot was interesting and uncomplicated, it didn't offer anything new. I was hoping for a concluding killer twist but to be perfectly honest I wasn't blown away.
